Track 01
The Most Important Things You Carry
So, have you got your shoes and bag?
Something to play with and a snack?
But the most important things you carry
You don’t need to pack
And have you buttoned up your coat?
You have a hat if it gets cold?
But the most important things you have
Are things your bag can’t hold
Your bones, they carry courage
Of many generations before
You carry all that power
Each time you step out the door
You could sail ships with heaps of pearls
Mountains of diamonds to the sky
But the most important kind of treasure
Money cannot buy
Your shoulders carry resilience
Think of all the tough times that you’ve gotten through
Your heart, it carries tenderness
A gift from all the people who love you
You could have trikes and bikes and cars
And twenty seven kinds of cake
But the most important kinds of things
You cannot drive or bake
On your head, a crown in visible
Called dignity
You carry all that honor
Wheresoever you happen to be
Someday a goat might eat your coat
Or a mouse chew through your shoe
But the most important things you carry
They can’t take from you (it’s true).
Someday perhaps your bag will bust
Someday your hat might get too small
But the most important things you carry
They don’t change at all
Yes, the most important things you carry
Never change at all

Sun in the Moon
Summer and winter and spring and fall
Life is full of change
But whether it’s snowing or autumn winds blowing
Whether it’s storming or pleasantly warming
Some things will stay the same
Til sun is in the moon, and fish is in the tree
You will always be so loved, baby
Til all the cows come home, and cats drink up the sea
You will always be so loved, baby
Maybe we’ll live in a cabin
Or up on the fortieth floor
Maybe we’ll live with a golden retriever
Or out in a marsh and our neighbor’s a beaver
But one thing will always be sure
Til sun is in the moon, and fish is in the tree
You will always be so loved, baby
Whatever change may come
Though scary it may be
You will always be so loved, baby
Maybe we’ll ride a jalopy
Or get on the bus number three
Maybe we’ll travel by swimming or boating
Or glide through the air in a blimp that is floating
But one thing I know perfectly
Til sun is in the moon, and fish is in the tree
You will always be so loved, baby / There’s so many people who love you
Whatever life may bring
Wherever we may be
You will always be so loved, baby
By me
And me
And me
And me
Your family
Eternally

Track 03
Allergies
Well, there’s a honeydew and honey don’t
I cannot eat that cantaloupe
And tree nuts make me cough and wheeze
I’m livin’ life with allergies
Allergies, allergies
But they won’t get the best of me
I’ll stay so healthy, wait and see!
When we go trick-or-treat
I hope the pumpkins are blue
But if they give us chocolate
I’ll trade candy with you
Allergies, allergies
But I can still eat little trees
So, won’t you pass the broccoli?
When you have birthday cake
I may so no to a slice
But I’ll sing really loudly
And my voice is real nice
So, pass the sunflower butter
And pass the oatmeal bowl
When you can’t eat peanuts
And can’t eat tree nuts
You gotta stay in control
Well, there’s a honeydew and honey don’t
I cannot eat that cantaloupe
And tree nuts make me cough and wheeze
I’m livin’ life with allergies
Allergies, allergies
But they won’t get the best of me
I’ll stay so healthy, wait and see!

Track 04
It's the End of Your Screen Time
Oh kiddo, it’s the end of your screen time
It’s the time to start powering down
No more apps
No more taps
The device
Needs a nap
It’s time to get moving around
So kiddo, step away from the screen now
Take a stretch, look around at the view
To be fit
Don’t just sit
Go offline
Save and quit
There’s so many more things to do
Go play outside
Run through the trees
Just pull up your socks, cause there’s Lyme disease
Enjoy the backyard while it’s sunny
You might see a cat do something that’s funny
Explore the world, you won’t be bored
My afternoon will be restored
So kiddo, say goodbye to electronics
Say so long, adios, toodle-oo
You may feel brokenhearted
About being parted
But tomorrow you can rendezvous
Why not invent a game, create, pretend?
Draw a cartoon for your friend
Build a city with your blocks
See this laundry? Match the socks
Be productive
Be active
Be kind
The real world is good for your mind
So kiddo, you’ve just got to unplug now
Yes, I mean it; I’m counting to three
You may feel kind of cranky
But some day you’ll thank me
Eventually
So, no more next level upping
Start saving, back-upping
Good-bye to your gaming
High score hall of faming
No keyboard controlling
Or clicking, or scrolling
No swiping or typing
Or coding, downloading
No more browsing or surfing around
It’s time that you power it down!

Track 05
Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star
(Bright and Shining)
Twinkle, twinkle little star
How I wonder what you are…
Shine across the galaxy
Oh, I love astronomy!
Bright and shining
Bright and shining
Like a diamond in the sky
Bright and shining
Bright and shining
One, two, three, electrify!
When you really heat a gas
It turns into a plasma mass
Hydrogen, helium, burning bright
The energy creates the light
Twinkle, twinkle
Twinkle, twinkle
Burning, shining, massive star
Cross the galaxy
In reality
Starlight shines from very far
Blasting off in a rocket ship
Above the highest kite
Higher than the tallest tree
Above the city lights
Now we’ve passed the clouds and planes
Now past satellites
Now we’ve left the atmosphere
We’re really in the heights
Oh, we’re floating out in outer space
Far beyond the human race
Asteroid, through the void, floating by
Up here we see beyond the sky
Bright and shining
Bight and shining
Stars are beaming everywhere
Gleaming, dazzling
Sparkling, shining
Brighter cause there is no air
Little red dwarf stars
(Very far away outdoors)
Yellow stars like the sun
(Smiling down on ev’ryone)
Blue supergiants
(I love science)
Shine on
(Shiny)
Massive
(Tiny)
Twinkle, twinkle, little star
Let me sing of what you are
Shine across the galaxy
Oh, I love astronomy
Bright and shining
Bright and shining
You’re a diamond in the sky
Bright and shining
Bright and shining
One, two, three, electrify!

Track 06
I Love Percussion
I love percussion!
It’s not up for discussion
Keep it steady, no rushin’
I love percussion
Shake your rattle, here we go
Shake, shake
Shakity shake, c’mon
Shake, shake
shakity shake
Shake your rattle, your rattle
From Jersey to Seattle
Steady, steady
From Alps to Serengeti
Keep in time
In time
Feel the rhythm with the rhyme
I love percussion
Shake your rattle, here we go
Shake, shake
Shakity shake, and
Shake, shake
shakity shake
I love bongos
And taikos
And guiros and gongs
Thumb harps and jaw harps
Give rhythms to songs
My wood blocks go tick-tock
my cymbals go bam
I love percussion
It’s just who I am!
Shake, shake
Shakity shake, c’mon
Shake, shake
shakity shake
Feel the beat
The beat
From your shoulders to your knees
From your knees to your feet, and repeat
Ch-ch, ch-ch-ch
And then I repeat
Ch-ch, ch-ch-ch
And now off the beat
Ch, ch, ch-ch, ch-ch
ch-ch, ch, ch-ch
I love snare drums
And kick drums
And all kinds of bells
And flexatones
And coconut shells
My castanets go clip-clop
My whistles go woo
I play percussion
It’s just what I do
Cause I love percussion!
It’s not up for discussion
Keep it steady, no rushin’
I love percussion
I could play in a parade
I love percussion
But now it’s time to fade
Shake, shake
Shakity shake, and
Shake, shake
shakity shake
Shake, shake
Shakity shake, and
Shake, shake
shakity shake

Track 08
Because He Was a Weasel
A sunny day in mountain town
Everyone was there
The three little pigs
Built with sticks, straws, and bricks
In the meadow
The tortoise raced the hare
The walrus and the wallaby
Saw the stranger first
Running around with their friend the monkey
They feared the worst
Way up high, upon the hill
The monkey chased the weasel
Nobody knew why they ran
Was it cause he was a weasel?
A little weasel?
They had heard it said that you
Can’t trust a weasel
So, the walrus and the wallaby went to tell the mayor.
“A weasel?” said the mayor. “Here in Mountain Town?”
“We’ve got to get this weasel out!”
Said the mayor of mountain town.
The mayor was a goat
Who was known to rock the boat
Cause he liked to put people down
Like the weasel
That little weasel
The mayor said,
“You just can’t trust
Can’t trust a weasel.”
So, the mayor got a cage and started up the mountain, with the walrus and the wallaby right behind. On the way they passed their neighbors: the groundhog, the antelope, the llama, and several others. Everyone wanted to know: where was the mayor going with that cage? The mayor said,
“Some folks are just bad news!
Bats are always batty
Cats are always catty
You might as well forget it
If you’re dealing with a ferret.
But weasels?
Weasels are the worst!”
“Now, just a minute,”
Said the antelope.
“Let’s not be too hasty.
We don’t know why they run.
Maybe it’s just fun.
Let’s first investigate it.”
“I agree,” said a groundhog. “My friend is a cat, and she’s not catty at all. She’s a friendly feline, and I never heard her gossip.”
“Yeah, you’re right!” said the llama. “Please don’t say that about bats. The bats I know are actually quite sane. Why put anyone in a cage before you get all the facts?”
But many other animals had never met a weasel and didn’t know what to think. So, they all continued up the hill: Mr. Mayor the goat with the cage and all the other animals alongside. Finally, they got to the top, and there was the weasel!
Way up high upon the hill
The weasel could be found
He was slinky and sleek
He was light on his feet
The weasel was running around
All around the mulberry bush
The monkey chased the weasel
Nobody knew why they ran
Was it cause he was a weasel?
A little weasel?
The goat said, “lock him up” because
He was a weasel
And before anyone could stop him, the goat threw the weasel into the cage and locked the door. The antelope said to the monkey and the weasel,
“Please tell us what’s going on here.” But the monkey was out of breath from running, and the weasel was crying too much to talk.
“Well, let’s have a look,”
The antelope said.
“Let’s think before we act.
They both have running shoes.
Perhaps it is a clue.
Let’s first get all the facts.”
The weasel stopped crying.
“That’s right,” he said. And he held up one of his tiny feet wearing a tiny running shoe. “I’m a personal trainer, and we’re practicing to join the tortoise and the hare for their races.” The monkey caught his breath.
“It’s true!” he panted, “Let him go!” So, the creatures took the key from the mayor and unlocked the cage. They were very sorry they had been so rude to a visitor. They apologized, and welcomed the weasel into their town.
All around the mulberry bush
A race so entertaining
Now everyone knew why they ran
It was cause the two were training
They’re really training
The reason was
The weasel was
There for training
And everyone got to know the weasel, who turned out to be very nice and a lot of fun.
A new beginning for mountain town!

Feelings Are a Wheel
(One Breath at a Time)
Let’s take it one breath at a time
Take it easy and slow
And feeling what you’re feeling
I’m with you all the way
It’s OK to be angry
It’s OK to be scared
Sometimes we’re disappointed
Or we don’t feel prepared
I’m here
With you
And there are two things you can do
You can name what you’re feeling
You can take a deep breath
Feelings are a wheel
That goes around and around
Sometimes we’re feeling low
And sometimes high off the ground
I’m here
With you
Let’s take it one breath at a time
Life is full of surprises
And a person who tries
Is good for doing their best
And getting stronger
One day at a time

Track 10
Not an Owl
All night the owls don’t sleep
All night the owls don’t sleep
But you’re not an owl
So throw in the towel
It’s night and you’re human
Time to sleep
All night the wombats don’t sleep
All night the wombats don’t sleep
But you’re not a wombat
So let’s not have combat
You’re tired, don’t fight it
Just sleep
All night the lions don’t sleep
All night the lions don’t sleep
But you’re not a lion
So baby, I’m tryin’
To tell you
It’s time you should sleep
A truth that’s eternal:
We’re not all nocturnal
And for people (that’s us)
Time to sleep
All night the owls don’t sleep (not a wink)
All night the owls don’t sleep (they just blink)
But you’re not an owl
So throw in the towel
It’s night and you’re human
So sleep

Rain on the Roof
Rain on the roof
Rain on the roof
Hear that sound?
It’s raining
Rain on the roof
Rain on the roof
Listen to the sound
It’s raining
Rain, rain, don’t go away
We need you for the flowers to stay
Rain, rain, don’t go away
We need you for the flowers to stay
Rain on the roof
Rain on the roof
Hear that sound?
It’s raining
Rain on the roof
Rain on the roof
Listen to the sound
It’s raining
Rain, rain, don’t go away
We need you for the flowers to stay
Rain, rain, don’t go away
We need you for the flowers to stay
Listen to the falling rain
Giving Earth hydration
Water will go up again
That’s evaporation
Rain on the roof
Rain on the roof
Hear that sound?
It’s raining
Rain on the roof
Rain on the roof
Listen to the sound
It’s raining
Rain, rain, don’t go away
We need you for the flowers to stay
Rain, rain, don’t go away
We need you for the flowers to stay

Water's Calm / Row Your Boat
Water’s calm and water’s bright
Hear it flow to the sea
Flowing evenly
Flowing peacefully
Flowing down to the sea
The sea, the sea
Water’s calm and water’s bright
Hear it flow to the sea
Little ripples are
Flowing evenly
Flowing peacefully
Flowing down to the sea
The sea, the sea
Row, row, row your boat
Gently down the stream
Merrily, merrily
Merrily, merrily
Life is but a dream

Waves on the Water
Waves on the water
Go to sleep (sssh…)
Waves on the water
Go to sleep
All around, the sea is quiet
As the moon and stars roll by it
Waves on the water
Go to sleep
Waves on the seashore
Go to sleep (sssh…)
Waves on the seashore
Go to sleep
On the sand, the surf is quiet
As the pipers tiptoe by it
Waves on the seashore
Go to sleep
Wind through the grasses
Go to sleep (sssh…)
Wind through the grasses
Go to sleep
On the dunes, they’re softly swaying
As the evening breeze is playing
Wind through the grasses
Go to sleep
Waves on the water
Go to sleep (sssh…)
Waves on the water
Go to sleep
All around, the sea is quiet
As the moon and stars roll by it
Waves on the water
Go to sleep
